A Green Bay business was experiencing a lot of foundation problems. The basement was leaking, the walls were bowing, and the entire building seemed unstable. MUDTeCH™ was called to find the best way to provide helical pier repair services to this Wisconsin property. Made from steel instead of concrete, these piles are better able to handle the pressure of shifting Wisconsin ground. Reaching down to bedrock or loadbearing soil, the new foundation gives more support and stability than the original concrete. After repairing the piers, we performed waterproofing on the basement and repaired the bowed and cracked walls we found. All the finished repairs add to the overall strength of the structure.
