Green Bay Helical Pier Installation
When MUDTeCH™ was called to this Green Bay commercial property, we were worried about what we would find. The owner had noticed damage to the building’s deep foundation and was worried about its structural integrity. There was a leak in the basement storage area whenever it rained. It didn’t take us long to find the problem: the existing concrete screwpiles had cracked from the pressure and were causing the foundation to shift. MUDTeCH™ contractors quickly set to work repairing Green Bay helical piers by removing the concrete and replacing it with strong steel piles. Once the job was done, the building was secure again and our contractors repaired the interior damage to the basement.
